May 19 Annual Meeting 4:00pm-5:30pm-Guest speaker-Jon Dunsford will introduce our new exhibit honoring the Navy.
- June 19 Exhibit opens honoring the 250th anniversary of the Navy. This exhibit will highlight the long-standing connection between local shipyards and the Navy. Local BRHS historian Jim Hunt characterized the story as “Iron men in wooden ships.” This special exhibit will be on display throughout the year.
- July 15 5:00pm-6:30pm Chamber After Hours-Recognizing 2026 Program Sponsors
- July 28 6:30pm-8:00pm Speaker Series: News Center Maine’s Don Carrigan, will talk about his career in television, and changes that have occurred over the years within Maine’s coastal communities. This event will be in collaboration with the Southport Historical Society and will take place at the Southport Town Hall.
- July 3 Annual Summer Bake Sake 9:00am until sold out!
- August 12 Tea Luncheon w/Monday Club presentation, being held at the Boothbay Harbor Yacht Club. This fundraising event will offer

- March 3 Boothbay Region Historical Society and Bristol Marine’s Shipyard – a special event a tour and reception prior to the launch of the refurbished Eleanor a reproduction of a ship that played a vital role during the Boston Tea Party in 1773
- June 19 Exhibit opens honoring the US Coast Guard and its connection to the Boothbay Region since 1817.
- July 3 Annual Summer Bake Sale 9:00am until sold out!
- July 10 Speaker Series: Van Reid, author of the Moosepath League series. Historical novels set in the state of Maine in the late 19th century. The presentation begins at 4:30pm. WATCH on YOUTUBE
